Instead of pulling out the hate card,just follow Pete’s lead and enjoy Kanye’s song. If you really want something to come back with there are few songs by Adam Ant you could use. Ask for his and Marco Perroni’s permission first if your going to re-make them and your band is well known. Also possibly Andy Fletcher,Dave Gahan and Martin Gore from Depeche Mode. They’ve been through alot of ups and downs. They’ll help you keep your feet on the ground. So please, please give the old wave guys a chance to help you in person. There’s alot of pitfalls out there and Kanye is the least of your worries. Once he understands your not “out to get him”, maybe he’ll calm down. He’s just confussed over the Yen and Yang of things.
