Is Harry Potter an Emo Poser?
The Scholastic store in New York shut down all of Mercer Street between Prince and Spring and created “Harry Potter Place” in honor of the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. They had a “Muggle Board” where you could leave a Harry Potter message. Here is an amusing note someone left:

Nah, Harry isn’t emo now, I would have totally said that he was going through an emo spell in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. And Harry has a reason to feel depressed, over the deaths of Cedric and Sirius, he has every right in the world to be angsty. People that call Harry an “emo poser” do not KNOW Harry personally, and do not have any basis to make these observations.
