Holla Atcha, Tyson Ritter and Edmond Records
Some more good news from my friends, THE UPWELLING have just signed to record their first album on the newly created Edmond Records, an imprint of Warner Brothers and Doghouse. Oh, and guess who happen hand-pick them as one of the first bands to the label–none other than Mr. TYSON RITTER of the ALL-AMERICAN REJECTS. Boo-yah! Check them out before they become superstars.
My MIA Peace Offering: Daniel Isaac Update
Hi everyone. I’ve been kinda lame with the updates ever since my trip to Iceland. I’ve been totally backlogged. I haven’t read any emails in the last three weeks, I’m skipping out on just about all the CMJ events going on here in New York City in the next few days. I didn’t even bat an eye when I saw William Beckett at the MTVU Woodies last week. (I was too busy live blogging and then rushing home to get some zzzs.) I haven’t even had time to listen to the new My Chemical Romance album! That’s how crazy it’s been.
Yeah, it’s been nuts. I’ve been meaning to post about this Wylie Maercklein photo I found like a month and a half ago but hadn’t had any time to do it! So just to prove I’m not dead or have been kidnapped by aliens, here’s an interesting tidbit about your favorite Panic! at the Disco video cutie, Daniel Isaac: He is known by another name, and that name is “The Guitarsonist”–a famed air guitarist in Austin.
Yup, that’s right. AIR GUITARIST. Don’t believe me? Check out this video of the Danielson rockin it out.
Daniel Isaac on Next
I finally caught some of Daniel Isaac’s appearance on MTV’s dating show Next. It’s basically him laughing and calling the other guys douchebags. I missed the first 3 minutes or so, possibly missing some interesting gems, but he wears a pink striped tie and blazer. The other guys on the van are not so cute. The girl was trashy blonde. Here’s a photo I took of the TV w/ my little camera. Enjoy!

Daniel Isaac Helps Out at Wal-Mart
Check out the latest addition to the Daniel Isaac flimography, a video recorded in the wee hours of the morning on January 2, 2005 that depicts Daniel causing havoc in a near-empty Wal-mart.

Daniel Isaac Never Gets His MTV Date
So I was making it an early night on Monday, popping into bed around 12am and all of a sudden I hear “Sugar We’re Going Down”. I realize that it’s my phone ringing (yes, that’s my ring tone) and see that it’s my friend Rachel calling. “What are you DOING?,” I ask. She goes on to inform me that the Daniel Isaac episode of MTV’s “Next” is on TV at that very moment and says something about him being “so hot” or something like that. I tell her to memorize everything that happens and find out when it’s going to be on again on TV b/c it’s late and I’m in bed and going to sleep.
Then I got kinda busy this week so I didn’t follow up on it…but maybe you saw it? Or can find it on YouTube for me? Or know when it’s on … er… next? Help a sister out!
Watch Panic!’s “The Most Fun a Girl Can Have Without Taking Her Clothes Off”
The video we’ve all been waiting for, with the members of Panic! at the Disco appearing with their heads in fishtanks, is now up on l’internet! Check it out! Warning, there is simulated tankhead carnage!

What do you guys think, upgrade or downgrade from Panic!’s previous videos. I know I know, no Daniel Isaac, so immediate downgrade–but excluding that factor, what do you reckon?
Oh, also Jon Walker admitted to LiveJournal stalking PATD communities yesterday on the Panic Journal:
i see that every time we post a journal entry that it gets posted in the livejournal communited (yeah we stalk, so what). i think its good that there is a place our family can go to talk about really anything they want. congradulations

I think someone should get Jon Walker spellcheck for Christmas.
You Asked for More Daniel Isaac, You Got It Dudes
Ok so I just happen to find this video short of “Smokahontas” featuring Mr. Daniel Isaac up on YouTube.
Our favorite Groom gets angry over a 4 dollar pack of Smokahontas cigarettes. Oh and be warned, the video has a lot of cussing, so you might not want to have your computer speakers up too loud when you play the vid.
Wow. Hellooooooo Academy Awards!

Daniel Isaac, You Are Killing Me
Seriously, Daniel Isaac, not only are you the hottest guy to ever be in a music video (The Groom in “I Write Sins, Not Tragedies” by Panic! at the Disco), but you are also talented? Look at you shooting the video for your buddies, The Panic Division. AND YOU ARE TWENTY-TWO YEARS OLD!
This is making my head explode. You really better have like girl voice, tell offensive and bad jokes, smell funky, or have some other unattractive thing about you because this is too much perfectness for me to handle.
I hate you.
